Help please. Trying to figure out the best way to organise the blog. As can be seen we have started adding a daily tab. The plan here is to put in the daily drive map for that day (if applicable).
This seems like a lot of tabs just for containing an individual map. Maybe put multiple maps together(by week?)?
We are also going to have photos and comments from each day's activities which we would likely post under the general "Blog" tab, as we currently are.
This will result in a lot of information/photos in the "Blog" tab.
One of us suggested putting the pictures we take in with the map for that day, the other does not :) Not sure how to do this. Suggestions.
Mum left fine, dad has been delayed. Off to the airport soon. Looks like the master bedroom set has been sold too.

I like the day by day set up, be good to upload photos as you go, something for you guys to look back on so set it up how you like it really.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of putting the pics with the days route page to give everything a sense of place. Not sure if your blog platform will allow you to do this but you could organize the individual pages into week pages with drop down menus containing pages for each day. Something like:

--Home to Destination 1
--1 to 2
--2 to 3
Week 2
--Destination 1 to 2
--2 to 3
--3 to 4
and so on.
Jessica, unfortunately the level we have paid for does not allow us this option (we have the free version). :)
